How to opt in
- In the app — add your mobile number and check the messaging consent box in Account → Notifications. Opt-in is confirmed before any texts are sent.
- By text — if you already provided your number, reply to our confirmation message to opt in.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn off SMS in Account → Notifications in the app.
