Data Deletion

You can delete your BRIDGE account and personal data at any time, using either method below.
Delete in the app
Open the BRIDGE app and go to Account (tap your avatar or the Account tab). Open Settings, scroll to the Danger Zone, and tap Delete account. You’ll be asked to confirm.
Request by email
Email privacy@bridge-re.com from your registered email address with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
What is deleted
The following are permanently deleted:
- Account credentials and personal identifiers (name, email, profile photo, phone)
- Sign-in provider connections (Apple, Google)
- Bookings, jobs, schedules, reviews, and messages you created
- Pro profile, service area, and verification details
- Device session and push-notification tokens
What is retained, and why
- Financial records — transaction and payout records are retained for up to 7 years for tax and audit compliance, pseudonymized without personal identifiers where possible. Stripe also retains records as required of a payment processor.
- Records required by law — limited records we are legally obligated to keep (e.g., fraud-prevention or dispute records).
Timeline
We complete deletions within 30 days of receiving your request and send an email confirmation when finished.
Revoking sign-in access
You can also revoke BRIDGE’s access from your Apple or Google account settings. Note that revoking sign-in access alone does not delete your BRIDGE account — use one of the methods above to delete your data.
