How do I pay for a service?
Choose a service in the app, review the price, and pay securely through Stripe. Your payment is held and released to the pro once the job is verified complete.
I’m a pro — how do I get paid?
Tap “Set up payouts” in the app to connect your bank through Stripe. Once verified, completed jobs pay out to your account automatically.
What is BRIDGE Pro?
An optional $49/month membership with a lower platform fee and added tools. It’s purchased and managed on the web and can be canceled anytime.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account → Settings → Delete account. Or email us and we’ll take care of it.
How do I stop text messages?
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
